Sunny after cloudy. I was strength training, and walking the neighborhood. Then I was listening to the radio program “Sunday Heaven”. I read "I am the captain” all day. I was cooking for dinner to ”Boiled broccoli” and “Minced chicken and tofu hamburger steak”. I watched “Female castle owner, Naotora” in the evening. I walked 1905+5000 steps today.
