Sunny sometime cloudy. I watched “Beppin-San”. I was strength training, and walking the neighborhood. I did design work, while I was listening to the radio program “Hikaru Ijuin and radio”, "Life is dancing”. I got my hair cut in my neighborhood in the afternoon. I was cooking for dinner to "Sesame with spinach”, "Simmered tofu” and “Muniel of sardines", while watching the broadcast of the Grand Sumo Tokyo location. I walked 10436 steps today.
