Cold day. I read the book " Peoples who like Japan " which Toru Sakai wrote. I ate Udon for lunch. Blood in the stool was mixed with three days in a row. I may have stomach ulcers. I had a doctor in Gastroenterology. I ate potate salad and " stewed bird's liver " and pickled turnip for dinner. I walked 6171 steps today.
