Clear and cold day. I read the book " The people of Kamigata from morning till night ". I ate vegetables and chicken topped on rice and cup noodle for lunch. I was listening a radio program " Kira-kira ". I ate sauteed spinach and boiled tofu for dinner. and i drunk sake. I watched a TV program " Carnation ". I walked 3688 steps today.
