Clear and cold day. I read the book " The people of Edo from morning till night " which Committee on the mysteries of history wrote. I ate Tanuki-udon for lunch. I was listening a radio program " Kira-kira ". I ate potato salad and stir-fried spinach for dinner. I walked 3230 steps today.
