Cold day. I read the book " Hand-to-mouth life " which Katsuhiko Takahashi and Hinako Sugiura wrote. I ate Oyako-don and udon for lunch. And then i ate meat balls simmered vegetables for dinner. and i drunk sake. I watched a TV program " Tamori Club ". I walked 4485 steps today.
